Undisputed queen of our production. Locally grown aubergines are harvested and processed on the same day to preserve the scents and flavours of nature intact. Preserved in sunflower seed oil and flavoured according to grandma’s traditional recipes.
The product can be eaten as an excellent appetizer or side paired with a variety of dishes, but also in tasty snacks, on bruschetta, sandwiches or in sauces to garnish first or second courses of meat and fish.
